After your purchase, we encourage you to stop by every 6 months or so. We will check your jewelry to make sure all your stones are secure and we will offer a free cleaning and steam out your jewelry to make sure all your pieces shine just like the day you purchased it.

1 Year Side Stone Replacement
Your side stone will be replaced within 1-year of purchase, as long as there has not been any obvious damage or excessive wear-and-tear that would contribute to a stone falling out. Some designs are extremely fine and prone to a small side stone falling out, and we will happily replace any side stone up to 0.05ct, free of charge, if that were to happen within a year of your purchase date.
