Diamonds are mined
in deep quarries in the most remote parts of the planet. Though
it seems delicate and beautiful, a diamonds's birth is a violent,
cataclysmic event. Diamonds are composed entirely of
carbon. However, due to the exponentially high temperature and
pressure within the Earth's crust, the carbon (which itself derrived
from decomposed organic matter) crystalized.
After an incubation of several millenia, A diamond
can finally be cut to suit the needs of humans, and to purposes
according to their qualities. A diamond is the planet's most
invincible material. In fact, it is so hard that the
lower-quality
diamonds are used in industries to cut glass, etc.
Also a symbol of wealth, the highest-quality
Diamonds is the
most valued stone in jewelry, and it's indestructable nature has come
to symbolise eternity: representing the assets of a fruitful,
everlasting relationship.
