- Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns for full refund or store credit (minus shipping & insurance) only for standard items purchased online. Items must be in original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way). We do not accept returns or exchanges on any special orders (i.e. special sizes, custom orders, engraved or set items, or any altered merchandise) or layaway items. All returned items must be received by Barclays Jewelry within 30 days of receipt of purchase, except for loose diamonds which must be received within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please call to speak with an associate prior to returning merchandise, to request a Return Authorization #. Packages shipped to us without a Return Authorization # will be returned to sender unopened. All returned merchandise should be mailed registered and fully insured.
- Merchandise is usually available for shipment within 1-2 business days. On occasion, an item may go out of stock before our site is updated. If this should happen, we will notify you without delay. If you require an item by a specific date, we recommend that you contact us to confirm the availability.
